Some of you may already have written case reviews, either as part of a course you are currently or were previously enrolled in, or as Continuing Professional Competence work for yourself.

Any patient contact is worthy of a case review, and sometimes you can be surprised how much is to be learned from looking back at a seemingly routine patient contact. Sometimes a unique insight into our shortfalls in care can be gained in this way. It doesn’t have to be that big dramatic once in a career call, some of the cases you can learn the most from are routine patient transfer journeys.
